Tap

Much fun can be gained by young pupils at the sound of 'tapping toes' but tuition soon moves on to learning rhythm, style and co-ordination, progressing to them more intricate type of tap dancing we all enjoy watching.

Ballet

Ballet forms the basic of all theatre dance, teaching the children disipline of the body and mind; also deportment and grace of movement. Whether taking dancing as a career or not, your ballet training will be an asset throughout your life.

Modern

Although based on a ballet technique, this incorporates a wide range of styles including jazz, stage and contemporary, covering various forms of stagecraft. This type of dance is backbone of many theatre shows.

Acro

Acrobatic Dance, or acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.
Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, based in flexibility, contortion and strength.
